Terms and Conditions of Ecomarine Ltd

Reservations

Reservations can be made online, by email, phone, through authorized agents, or at Ecomarine sales points.

All reservations are subject to availability.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Ecomarine may cancel activities due to circumstances beyond its control, fully refunding customers.

Customers can cancel up to 24 hours before the activity, or up to 48 hours before for groups of 10 or more. Cancellations outside this period will be fully charged. In case of no-shows, the full amount will not be refunded.

Meeting Point and Departure Time

Details are provided on the voucher or booking confirmation. Delays may result in exclusion from the activity without refund. The departure time may change due to unforeseen conditions. Participants must be at the indicated location 5 minutes before the departure time.

Itineraries and Information

Itineraries are indicative and may change due to weather conditions or participants’ physical conditions.

Times may be altered without prior notice for safety reasons.

Code of Conduct

Ecomarine promotes ecotourism and expects participants to respect natural areas and local cultures. We follow the ICNF code of conduct and may cancel activities if there is inappropriate behavior.

Photos and Videos

We may take photos and videos during activities for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be included.

Complaints

Ecomarine has a complaints book available and reports directly to ASAE.

Licenses and Insurance

Ecomarine is licensed (registration 341/2017 by Turismo de Portugal) and certified as Ecotourism by ICNF, holding all mandatory insurances.

Omissions and Other Issues

Cases not covered by these terms will be discussed with Ecomarine and are subject to Portuguese law.
